What kind of invoices do you create?

What kind do you need?

We have our standard invoice. This is where we put the “To” address in the upper right corner, you fold the invoice length wise in half and then in thirds and put it in one of those clear plastic “baggies”… thus your invoice becomes your shipping label. (We stole this idea from Dan Poynter (www.parapub.com) years ago for our old software and everyone loves it. Thanks Dan!)

We have others as well. We have one that you can print on your own letterhead. We have one that fits in a standard window envelope. We also have a “pack list” that has no prices on it.

Finally, there is a place on the invoce for a custom message. Maybe our invoices are not the most “beautiful” but they are the most functional you will find in ANY software.
