Can you convert my current data?

The short answer is … no. But we may change that! We know from past experience that most folks will continue to run their current software and will add new customers and orders to JAYA as they come in. They keep the legacy system until all the orders are paid off and they then retire it. Thus, we don’t offer a conversion like we have done in the past with PUB123.

However, if there is a demand for such a service we will at least do a customer name/address import from an ASCII (csv) file. We will probably charge around $350 for this service.

But before we answer definitively, we will wait and see what the demand will be for it. Contact us for the status of this issue. (4-10-04)
