What if I want to leave the service and move to a different platform?

As we have said elsewhere, all of your data is YOURS. You can download ALL of your customers, orders, products, etc. as many times as you want, not only in ASCII format, but also in SQL Dump format which can be imported into all modern databases and applications.

There is simply no risk for you. You OWN the data, not us. Feel free to make your own copies as often as you wish. Import it into Excel or Access if you wish. It’s YOUR information. Do with it what you wish.
