What happens if you go out of business or no longer offer the service?

Good question, one we get all the time.

To protect you, we have placed all of the JAYA sofware modules and table structures in escrow. We’ve been in business for 25 years, so it is not likely that we will suddenly disappear! But if we do, we will put all of the code and tables into the public domain such that anyone and everyone will have access to it and will be able to install it on their own server.

You ask, is that hard to do? While it would take someone with some web experience to do this, it is not rocket science. Anyone who understands how web servers work would have no problem understanding our directions on how to install it.
