What kind of support do you offer with my subscription to JAYA123?
For our desktop products we used to offer phone support. But after we finally got the bugs out and things got very stable, we never had any calls so it didn’t pay to keep someone on staff for this. Thus, we went to e-mail support only.
With JAYA we will only offer e-mail support. Remember, there is a lot less that can go wrong with a web-application than with a desktop one. Yes, we will answer the phone if we are called, (916-962-9296) but probably not on the first ring! However, we will answer e-mail almost 24/7…. but not quite.
