What if my credit card has expired?

We do what is called a “pre-auth” three days before the finall billing. If your card has expired, we will contact you and you will have to go to a special page on our site to give us a new card or new expire date. We will give you a week or two to get us this information but if we don’t hear from you we will mark your account inactive and you won’t be able to log in. We will try to contact you. If we can’t reach you, after a period of time (a month or so), we will delete your data from the database.
