What is your privacy policy?

It’s simple. We don’t kiss and we don’t tell. We don’t give, sell, rent, gift, or mention ANY information about you or any information contained in your JAYA database to anyone… unless they have a court order (we have no choice in that.)

Don’t ask us who our other customers are because we won’t say. Don’t call us asking for info about your account or payments because we won’t give it out over the phone…. unless we call you back.

We are dead-serious about privacy… both about you AND your customers. We know the responsibility you have placed in us by using JAYA123 and we WILL live up to that trust.
