When will my rate change?

Every month or two (or perhaps quarterly) we will do a database analyis and will determine who has gone from one rate platform to another (a fancy way of saying “who has added more orders beyond their current price range”) If your company has advanced to the next level, we will send you an e-mail alerting you of the change.

Note, the change will take effect on your next billing cycle.You will NEVER be back-billed. We don’t play those games. We’re an honest house.
