My data is where?

Your data is safe and secure on our server. You say you don’t feel comfortable with that? We understand. We get told that a lot. In reply we ask the following questions:

Do you bank online? Where is your checkbook data?

Do you trade stocks online? Where is your portfolio data?

Do you do your taxes online? Where is ALL your data?

Yes, we know it takes a bit of a “paradigm shift” to get comfortable with doing business online, but this is where the world is headed…. away from the twenty year old paradigm of the traditional desktop office computer… to the centralizaton of data on secure servers that run applications over a global network.

Is the data safe? We get asked that a lot also. And again we ask a question: How often do you back up your computer files?

We back up JAYA’s database every sixty minutes, 24/7. Tell us again. How often do you back up?

Who has access to the data? We get asked that too. How many people in your organization have the keys to your computer and can change, corrupt, wipe-out, or steal your data files? With JAYA123 no one has access to your data… except one designated person. Just one. No one else. Our passwords to the database are NOT on the server. Only the encrypted passwords are there and one needs to have the decryption routine to access the data. Only one person has that knowledge (and like the codes needed for the President to launch a missile, they change all the time.) If something happens, we know where to look!
