How do I save a PDF report to my hard drive?

This is a function of your Adobe reader (or whatever reader you use). There
will be either a menu drop down, or a “disk” icon that you can click and
there will be a dialogue box asking you what file name you want to save it to
and into what folder…. just like saving any other document (Word, Excel,
etc.). The PDF files from JAYA have long, complex names (like
cus-stmtOuwopuw31183272.pdf) You will want to do a “save as” and give them an
easy-to-understand name (like CustStmt6-22-04.pdf)
