Pop-ups and my browser

Browser problems with pop screens.

Make sure you don’t have any software or any settings in your browser that supress pop-ups. Most of the add-on products that you can get only work on Javascript commands that use pop-ups and since we don’t use these, this is probably not the reason why pops don’t work for you… but you never know!!

We find that 99% of the time that people have problems with our pop screen is because they did NOT start their browser from the blue “E” icon on their (Windows) desktop, but instead used something like Network Neighborhood or some other shortcut to load the browser. Don’t do this. Always bring up your browser from the icon on your desktop or taskbar.
